KRK 12sHO – Powerful subwoofer for professional mixing environments

High sound pressure and precise bass reproduction

The KRK 12sHO is developed to meet the demands of large near-field monitors in both stereo and surround configurations. With a 12-inch woven Kevlar woofer and a high sound pressure design, it handles even the most demanding mixing environments where accurate and powerful reproduction of LFE channels and low-frequency content is crucial.

Design adapted for studio environments

The subwoofer is active and forward-firing with quad bass ports for optimized airflow and minimized distortion. The robust housing in reinforced MDF contributes to stability and reduced resonance. With a power of 400 watts and a maximum sound pressure level of 123 dB, the 12sHO delivers both power and precision in the lowest registers.

Flexible connections and control

It features combined XLR/TRS inputs, a dedicated LFE channel and a bypass function activated by the included footswitch. An adjustable crossover allows the subwoofer to be adapted to different monitor setups for seamless integration into the studio system.
