Hybrid Germanium/Silicon Fuzz

The Hoof is an analog fuzz pedal with a hybrid circuit combining germanium and silicon transistors. Based on classic muff-style fuzz designs, it delivers a wide range of tones — from soft overdrive to saturated fuzz textures.

Adjustable Frequency Character

Equipped with controls for Level, Fuzz, Tone, and Shift, the Hoof offers versatile sound shaping. The Shift knob works in combination with the Tone control to fine-tune the frequency response, whether boosting treble, reducing low-midrange, or dialing in heavier fuzz sounds.

Construction and Power Supply

Hand-built and featuring True Bypass for uncolored signal when bypassed, the Hoof runs on 9 V DC and is designed to perform best with isolated power supplies to minimize noise.
