The Lake People DIGI-TOOL F612 is a digital distribution unit designed for professional audio environments where multiple digital signals need to be distributed and synchronized with high accuracy. It handles both AES/EBU and Word Clock formats, enabling flexible signal routing while maintaining signal integrity and low latency.

Distribution of Digital Signals

The F612 features one input and four outputs for AES/EBU signals, as well as one input and eight outputs for Word Clock or additional AES signals. This makes it suitable for use in studios, broadcast systems, and live environments where multiple devices need to receive identical digital signals without loss or delay.

Compatible with Multiple Formats

The unit includes both XLR (AES/EBU) connections with 110 Ohm impedance and RCA (S/PDIF/Word Clock) connections with 75 Ohm impedance, ensuring broad compatibility with professional equipment. This allows the F612 to distribute signals from digital mixers, audio interfaces, sync sources, or other digital devices to multiple destinations.

Easy Rack Integration

The F612 is housed in a 1U rackmount chassis, allowing for smooth integration into fixed or mobile audio systems. It also features a Multi-Sync function for synchronization in complex digital audio networks.
