The SRMS725-BCM is a 5-string electric bass in Ibanez’s Bass Workshop series, equipped with a multi-scale fingerboard with fanned frets. The construction is designed to optimize the scale length for each string, providing more stable low notes while maintaining playability on the higher strings.

Multi Scale Design

With different scale lengths for each string, the lower strings have a longer scale for improved tone and response, while the higher strings retain a shorter scale for easier playability. This creates a balanced feel and tonal consistency across the entire range.

Mono-Rail MR5S Bridge
