ENGL Savage 120 Mark II is a four-channel tube amplifier head featuring a redesigned internal structure and expanded functionality. It is built to deliver maximum dynamics, precise tone shaping, and reliable performance both on stage and in the studio.

Four Channels with Updated Voicings

The amplifier provides four independent channels: Clean, Crunch I, Crunch II, and Lead. Each channel has its own gain and volume control. The tone sections for Channels 1 and 2 have been revoiced and offer a choice between two different midrange characters (Mid Lean/Bold). The Clean channel can be switched to Crunch via the Gain Lo/Hi function, and the Lead channel delivers extra weight and definition.

Advanced Control and Programming

The Savage 120 Mark II includes two tube-buffered FX loops with individual balance controls, a built-in noise gate, and dual master volumes. All functions are MIDI-programmable via the front panel, and the amp is compatible with ENGL’s MIDI footswitches. The S.A.C. port (Serial Amp Control) allows integration into larger rigs for centralized control.
