The Evans G12 Coated is a 10-inch drumhead with a single-ply construction made from a slightly thicker film than standard single-ply heads. It’s designed to provide enhanced durability and a deeper fundamental tone while maintaining the responsive feel associated with single-ply heads.

Made from a 12 mil film, the G12 is 20% thicker than heads like the Evans G1. This results in a more focused, stable tone with improved projection, without sacrificing the sensitivity and rebound of a single-ply design.

Consistent Fit with Level 360

The G12 features Evans’ Level 360 profile, ensuring an even contact with the drum shell. This makes tuning easier, improves tonal range, and provides a more consistent playing surface.
