Modern Design with a Classic Feel

This 18" bass drumhead features a single ply of 10mil film with a Calftone surface layer. The combination delivers a sound reminiscent of natural calfskin, while maintaining the durability and consistency of synthetic materials.

Adjustable EMAD Damping System

Equipped with Evans’ EMAD system, the drumhead includes two interchangeable damping rings. The wider ring provides a more controlled and focused sound, the narrower ring allows more overtones, and the head can also be used without a ring for a more open, traditional tone.

Stability with Level 360

Evans’ Level 360 design ensures even contact between the drumhead and the shell. This allows for stable tuning even at lower tensions and facilitates easy adjustments.
