SuperAnalogue™ Channel Module

The XLogic Channel from Solid State Logic is a channel strip based on the circuit design of the SSL XL 9000 K Series — an analog console offering specifications beyond 192 kHz and a dynamic range that exceeds 24-bit A/D converters. It is designed for professional studios requiring the highest possible audio quality.

Microphone Preamp and EQ

The preamp is a discrete SuperAnalogue design and offers selectable mic, line, or instrument input via XLR or 1/4" jack. Gain is adjusted with a rotary switch for easy recall of previous settings. The EQ section features SSL's Twin Curve architecture, providing both E Series and G Series characteristics selectable via switch.

Dynamics Section and Control

The dynamics module includes compressor, expander, and gate, with a switchable position pre- or post-EQ. LED meters provide real-time visual feedback for compression and expansion. Sidechain functions are accessible via an external Key input, and a Link function enables stereo operation when used with a second unit.
