Ibanez SR1426B-CGL – Premium 6-String Electric Bass with Gigbag

The SR1426B-CGL is a 6-string electric bass from Ibanez's Premium series, featuring an African Mahogany body with a flamed maple top. Its slim and lightweight design supports comfortable play during extended sessions. The bass comes with a gigbag.

Neck and Fingerboard

The neck is an Atlas-6 5-piece Panga Panga/Purpleheart construction, reinforced with KTS titanium rods for stability and reduced sensitivity to humidity. The flamed maple fingerboard has blue oval inlays and 24 medium frets with Premium Fret Edge treatment.

Electronics

The SR1426B-CGL is equipped with Nordstrand Big Break single-coil pickups at the neck and bridge. The Ibanez 3-band EQ includes a bypass switch for treble, a three-way mid-frequency switch, and controls for overall volume and pickup balance.

Bridge

The bass uses an Ibanez Mono-Rail MR5S bridge with 16.5 mm string spacing. The design isolates each string for optimal vibration transfer and precise adjustment.
